A practitioner with over eight years’ experience in actuarial consulting, Kathan is experienced in modelling, reporting and compliance of employee benefits across a range of standards.

A student member of the Institute of Actuaries of India and the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK. Holds a bachelor's degree in actuarial science from the University of Mumbai.
